During the awards ceremony, Ellen DeGeneres organized a " selfie " with her cell phone, bringing together Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts, Lupita Nyong'o, Jennifer Lawrence, and a large cast. The Twitter post with the photo she took surpassed 2 million retweets, breaking the record previously held by Barack Obama.
And a pizza, jokingly ordered by Ellen during the ceremony, was delivered with the help of a delivery person to Brad Pitt and other actors in the front rows.
