The official website for the Glasslip has released its first promotional video. In the background, you can hear the opening theme song performed by singer choucho. Junji Nishimura (True Tears, Dog Days) is directing the series with Takefumi Anzai (Hanasaku Iroha – Blossoms for Tomorrow).
The video says: I will never forget the summer we met. The place was a small town between the sea and the mountains.
The story follows six high school students who reunite during the summer. The protagonist is Tōko Fukami, a 17-year-old girl born in Fukui prefecture. Her dream is to become a glass artisan.
The series will premiere in July.
