The new One Piece titled "One Piece: Adventure of Nevlandia" has received its second promotional video, which will air on December 19th.
The story is completely original, taking place on an island in the New World, where users of Devil Fruits are prevented from using their powers.
Kônosuke Uda is directing the special. The last special was One Piece: Episode of Sabo, which aired on August 22nd of this year, thus revealing the 13th film in the franchise , which will premiere in theaters in 2016.
