After years of requests from the otaku fan worldwide, the webtoon adaptation Solo Leveling is finally getting an anime . And with that, the original creators posted a thank you piece with a really cool message in celebration.

About six years ago, when I was writing the beginning of Solo Leveling, if someone had told me my novel would be turned into a comic, I bet they would have told them to stop making fun of me. And now they're telling me it's going to be animated?! Seriously, stop making fun of me! But I've been so excited and ecstatic. Since it doesn't seem to be true yet, I want to see Jinwoo and the other characters in their animated versions soon! I'll keep working diligently while eagerly awaiting that day. (hehe)
