It's been a while since the anime Lycoris Recoil ended with no news of a continuation. That said, a fan, "可乐神提供", shared a video on the popular Chinese platform Bilibili, where he created a 90s version of the anime. The result is incredible.

Even though it doesn't stay true to the technique, watching it creates a nostalgic feeling of being back in the 90s watching anime from that era.
Synopsis:
In short, the story follows the Lycoris group, a secret crime-fighting organization composed entirely of girls. Its agents are the carefree Chisato and the talented and mysterious Takina. Together, they work in a café, serving drinks and sweets, babysitting, shopping, and teaching Japanese.
Finally, the film is directed by Shingo Adachi (Sword Art Online) at A-1 Pictures.
