Dragon Ball Daima's official synopsis has been revealed
Goku has reverted to being a child, just like in Dragon Ball GT, but Daima is following his own path by transforming practically everyone into child versions.
Dragon Ball Daima will not be a sequel to Dragon Ball Super. The series will actually take place before the events of Dragon Ball Super, showing Son Goku transformed into a much younger version of himself and traveling the universe with Kaioshin to reach adulthood once again.

So you can check out the official synopsis of Dragon Ball Daima here: “ Due to a conspiracy, Goku and his friends have shrunk to a tiny size. In an unknown and mysterious world. ”
Dragon Ball Daima will be set in a unique time in the franchise's history. Taking place after Kid Buu's disappearance but before the arrival of Beerus and Whis, this likely means we won't see transformations like Super Saiyan Blue , Ultra Instinct , and many of the other Super forms.
Finally, the series is scheduled to arrive in the fall of next year, with Toei Animation once again taking the reins of the Z fighters' story with a very different premise from what we've seen before.
