A new trailer for the 2.5 Dimensional Seduction anime has revealed a new character for the anime. Therefore, the series is scheduled to premiere in July this year.

Synopsis:
“I have no interest in real girls!” Says Okumura, the president of the school's manga club. He is a typical otaku, obsessed with a sexy (fictional) 2D manga character known as Lilliel. So, the new school year begins and a (real!) 3D girl named Lilysa, whose passion is cosplay, joins the club. Lilysa convinces Okumura to become her photographer — and guess who her favorite manga character is? And not only that, Lilysa is interested in modeling fetish things! The boundaries between the 2D and 3D worlds begin to blur as this passion-filled romantic comedy unfolds.
Hashimoto launched the manga on Shueisha's Shonen Jump+ website in 2019. Shueisha published the 17th volume of the manga on May 2, 2023. The manga already has more than 1.7 million copies in circulation.
