The second season of the anime features the return of the cast and staff.
Shinsuke Yanagi (Angel's 3Piece, The Ryuo's Work Is Never Done!) is returning to direct the anime's second season at studio project No.9. Fumihiko Shimo (The Ryuo's Work Is Never Done!, Myriad Colors Phantom World) is again supervising the series scripts, while Akane Yano (The Ryuo's Work Is Never Done!, High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even In Another World) is again designing the characters.
The first season of the anime therefore premiered in January 2021.
Synopsis
Experienced gamer Tomozaki Fumiya doesn't fit in very well, but he would like to. Without stipulated rules and gameplay that doesn't work in his favor, the real world seems impossible for someone like him. But he, like any noob, just needs the help of a natural player like Aoi Hinami to help him. Perhaps, with his help, Tomozaki will gain the experience he needs.
