The official website for the Rent-A-Girlfriend (Kanojo, Okarishimasu) anime revealed a promotional video and new image for the adaptation's second season.
The video confirms the return of the main voice actors and staff, and also announces that the new season will premiere in July.

Kazuomi Koga is once again directing the anime at studio TMS Entertainment, while Mitsutaka Hirota is back to oversee the series' scripts. Kanna Hirayama designs the characters and HYADAIN composes the music. The returning team also includes sound director Hajime Takakuwa, art director Minoru Akiba, color artist Fumiko Ishiguro, cinematography composition director Shintaro Sakai , and editor Yumiko Nakaba.
Manga creator Miyajima drew an illustration to celebrate the new season:
Animeism programming block on July 10, 2020, and aired a total of 12 episodes. Crunchyroll streamed the anime worldwide except Asia.
