DanMachi Season 3 Postponed

The 3rd season of the DanMachi anime has just been officially postponed until October or even longer.

The information came through the franchise's official website, and the reason for the postponement is the COVID-19 .

Synopsis : Based on the light novel of the same name written by Fujino Omori and illustrated by Suzuhito Yasuda, Dungeon ni Deai o Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka is set in the world of Orario, where adventurers band together to hunt for treasure in underground labyrinths known as Dungeons. However, for Bell Cranel, fame and money take a back seat; what he really wants to find are girls! But he soon discovers that inside a Dungeon, anything can happen, and in the end, he's the damsel in distress!

Studio JC Staff adapted the first season of DanMachi in 2015. On the other hand, Crunchyroll streamed the anime when it aired in Japan.

The Light novels (Spin-off) of the work called Sword Oratoria , inspired an anime that premiered in April 2017.

The series also gained a film, which was named Dungeon ni Deai o Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka: Arrow of the Orion , which premiered in Japan in February 2019.

The second season of the anime premiered on July 12 and concluded on September 27. The series also received an OVA released in Japan on January 29.
