The 3rd season of the DanMachi anime has just been officially postponed until October or even longer.
The information came through the franchise's official website, and the reason for the postponement is the COVID-19 .
Synopsis : Based on the light novel of the same name written by Fujino Omori and illustrated by Suzuhito Yasuda, Dungeon ni Deai o Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka takes place in the world of Orario, where adventurers come together to hunt for treasure in underground labyrinths known as Dungeons. However, for Bell Cranel, fame and money are in the background; What he wants to find most, in fact, are girls! But he soon discovers that inside a Dungeon anything can happen and, in the end, he ends up being the damsel in distress!
JC Staff Studio adapted the first season of DanMachi in 2015. On the other hand, Crunchyroll streamed the anime when it aired in Japan.
The Light novels (Spin-off) of the work called Sword Oratoria , inspired an anime that premiered in April 2017.
The series also got a film, which was called Dungeon ni Deai o Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka: Arrow of the Orion , which premiered in Japan in February 2019.
The anime's second season premiered on July 12 and ended on September 27. The series also received an OVA released in Japan on January 29.
