Rurouni Kenshin has already spawned five live-action films adapting the manga's complete story. The story follows Kenshin Himura, a legendary assassin known as Battousai, who begins a new journey in search of redemption. Now, he follows an oath to never take another life and use his sword only to protect others. However, the franchise bears a heavy stain due to the crime of its creator, Nobuhiro Watsuki , so it's up to each individual to decide whether or not to separate the story from the author.

Alita: Battle Angel
