Media Factory has released a new trailer for the upcoming light novel series " Absolute Duo " by author Takumi Hiiragi-Boshi. The video features the song "Absolute Soul" by singer Konomi Suzuki.
The story begins with Blaze – a weapon that manifests through the soul of a human being. Tōru Kokonoe is qualified to wield it, but for some reason his Blaze isn't a weapon, but a shield. Furthermore, he's enrolled in a school that teaches combat skills, and thanks to the school's Duo partner system, he ends up living with a silver-haired girl.
The series is directed by Atsushi Nakayama (Akame ga KILL!, Aquarion Evol), and premieres on January 4th.
