The anime's cast includes: Ryota Ohsaka as Eijun Sawamura, Nobunaga Shimazaki as Satoru Furuya, Natsuki Hanae as Haruichi Kominato, and Takahiro Sakurai as Kazuya Miyuki.

Synopsis: Daiya no Ace is a high school baseball manga where the protagonist Sawamura Eijun is the pitcher of his school's baseball club. During one of his games, Takashima Rei, the manager of a famous team in Tokyo, is impressed by his pitching and invites him to join her team.

Daiya no Ace is Shonen Magazine's fourth most popular manga, behind only Hajime no Ippo, Fairy Tail, and Ahiru no Sora. The anime is scheduled to premiere on October 6th.
