An event at the Taipei Comic Exhibition announced that production of the third season of the Aggretsuko anime has been confirmed by Netflix. Rareko , the series' director, commented that he put everything he could into the first two seasons, to the point that there is nothing left to say about it. However, even though he acknowledged that news about the third season is not yet ready, he is eager to start producing it and asks the fans to be too.
