Synopsis
Reina Aharen, a small, pretty student with a quiet voice, is very bad at judging distances and personal space. Sometimes she's inches from his face, and other times, miles away! The only one who tries to understand her antics is Raidou Matsuboshi, who sits next to her in class. He has a menacing face, but in reality, he's a kind boy with an imagination that can sometimes run wild. Aharen-san wa Hakarenai follows the odd pair as their strange friendship begins to blossom when Raidou takes Aharen's eraser for her. She misinterprets his gesture and now believes they are best friends, showing how the simplest things can be the most complicated of challenges for them.
The manga launched on the Shonen Jump+ service on January 29, 2017.
