Synopsis
Reina Aharen, a petite and pretty student with a low voice, is very bad at determining distances and personal space. Sometimes she's inches from your face and other times, miles away! The only one who tries to understand her antics is Raidou Matsuboshi, who is sitting next to her in class. He has a menacing face, but in reality, he is a gentle boy with an imagination that can sometimes run wild. Aharen-san wa Hakarenai follows the strange pair as their strange friendship begins to blossom when Raidou takes Aharen's eraser for her. She misinterprets his gesture and now believes they are best friends, showing how the simplest things can be the most complicated of challenges for them.
