It was revealed in the April issue of Shogakukan 's Ciao that the anime Aikatsu! There will be a film that will premiere on April 12th. No information was released about the film's script.
Its first anime adaptation was in 2012, TV Tokyo still shows the second season.
Anime synopsis : “My hard work as an Idol begins now, with Aikatsu!“
Ichigo Hoshimiya is a normal basic student. But when she was invited by her friend Aoi to join Starlight Academy , her life changes. As she meets rivals and trains to be an Idol, she uses her Aikatsu cards to get through many auditions.
This is the beginning of Ichigo's new, bright, promising and happy Idol career!
