It was revealed in the April issue of Shogakukan 's Ciao that the anime Aikatsu! will have a film premiering on April 12th. No information about the film's plot has been released.
Its first anime adaptation was in 2012, and TV Tokyo is still airing the second season.
Synopsis of the anime : "My hard work as an Idol begins now, with Aikatsu!"
Ichigo Hoshimiya is a normal elementary school student. But when her friend Aoi to join Starlight Academy , her life changes. As she encounters rivals and trains to become an Idol, she uses her Aikatsu cards to pass many auditions.
This is the beginning of Ichigo's new, bright, promising, and happy Idol career!
