Ajin – Demi-Human gets a new trailer to the sound of “Yoru wa Nemureru kai?” by the band flumpool, in addition the release date of the first film was revealed, November 27th.
Following this film trilogy, Ajin – Demi-Human will receive a TV series, scheduled for January 2016 on MBS, TBS, and CBC in Japan. Netflix will also air the anime three days after its Japanese TV broadcast. The idea is to delve deeper into the story and provide more details about the world created.
The story follows a high school student named "Kei Nagai" who dies instantly in a traffic accident on his way home from school. However, he is revived, and a heavy price must be paid for it. New immortal life forms began to appear among humans, and became known as "Ajin" (demo-humans).
The Ajin – Demi-Human manga began publication in 2012 in good! Afternoon magazine. The sixth volume was released in May. The manga now has 3.2 million copies in circulation in Japan.
