The teaser for the OVA of the well-received “Ajin” by Tsuina Miura (author) and Gamon Sakurai (illustrator) has been released, which will accompany the limited edition of the 8th volume of the Ajin manga.
The same team that worked on Knights of Sidonia (Sidonia no Kishi), by the studio Polygon Pictures will also direct the ova.
Ajin are human beings who cannot die. Seventeen years ago, they first appeared on a battlefield in Africa. From then on, more of their species are discovered in human society.
The first film “Shōdō” (Impulse) premiered in Japanese cinemas on November 27, 2015, after which an anime series arrived on January 16, 2016.
