has revealed Toho Studios the IMAX poster for the 4K remaster of the film Akira.
Originally released in 1988, the film will premiere in 36 Japanese cinemas on April 3, 2020. The film was scheduled to premiere at the Tokyo Anime Award Festival (TAAF) 2020 this Saturday, but due to the Covid-19 (new coronavirus) outbreak, it was postponed.
The theatrical is scheduled for April 24th in Japan, and it will later be released in the United States as well.
