One of the latest projects by author Akira Toriyama (Dragon Ball), the film Sand Land anime series adaptation , has had a new trailer and promotional image revealed.
Therefore, in the video we can hear the opening theme “Water Carrier” by Kroi and the closing theme “Drive My Idea” by Templay. The series premieres exclusively on March 20th on the Disney+ streaming service and on Star+, with 13 episodes.
For those who will be following along, episodes 1 through 6 recount the events of the film The Story of the Fiend Prince. However, from episode 7 to 13, titled "The Story of the Angel Hero," are entirely new stories created by the master Akira Toriyama.

Synopsis
In the distant future, war has destroyed the entire Earth, leaving only a barren desert where the water supply is controlled by a greedy king. Finally, the manga "Sand Land" is a short series that Toriyama serialized in Shueisha's "Weekly Shonen Jump" magazine from May to August 2000. Furthermore, Shueisha published a compiled volume of the manga in November 2000.
