Akudama Drive and Danganronpa get a crossover image

The anime Akudama Drive Danganronpa game franchise . Rui Komatsuzaki , creator of the design for both series, revealed a crossover image between Akudama and Danganronpa, starring the Trickster, Cutthroat, Messenger, and Black Cat with Makoto Naegi, Sayaka Maezono, and Monokuma.

The image will be used on the cover of the January issue of Animedia and as a bonus poster for the Blu-ray version of the anime.

Akudama Drive is an original anime created by Studio Pierrot and Too Kyo Games. It premiered on October 8th in Japan after being delayed in July.

Furthermore, the Danganronpa has sold over 3.5 million copies worldwide, including a manga series, three anime series, a special, and an OVA anime. In May, Spike Chunsoft released Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Anniversary Edition, the first game in the trilogy, on smartphones to celebrate its 10th anniversary. Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Anniversary Edition was released for smartphones on August 20th, and the company will also release a smartphone version of Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony.

Finally, in 2018, the game developer Too Kyo Games announced that it was founded by former Spike Chunsoft employees, including Danganronpa writer Kazutaka Kodaka, composer Masafumi Takada, and illustrator Rui Komatsuzaki.
