Synopsis:

Nearly twenty years into the 21st century, people have forgotten the existence of Yokai. When a series of inexplicable phenomena plague the adults of the human world with confusion and chaos, thirteen-year-old Mana writes a letter to the Yokai Post seeking answers, only to be greeted by Ge Ge Ge no Kitaro…

The project focuses on the 100th anniversary of Mizuki , who passed away in 2015 at the age of 93. The work has already been adapted into anime in 1989 and 1990, resulting in two films between 1989 and 1990, as well as several live-action adaptations.

Finally, a GeGeGe no Kitaro movie will also be released.
