The first promotional video for the anime Akuma no Riddle has been released by Pony Canyon , an adaptation of the manga by Yun Kouga and Sunao Minakata . The anime will premiere on April 3rd on TBS channels.
Diomedea Dog Days, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha), script by Kiyoko Yoshimura (Desetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu, Kurogane no Linebarrels), Naomi Ide (Gingitsune, Modaiji-tachi) will be responsible for the character design and animation direction and Masatoshi Muto (Gingitsune, Shin Mazinger Shougeki Z-Hen) will be artistic director.
The manga has been published by Newtype since September 2012, its first volume was released on July 10th.
Synopsis : The story takes place at the Myoujyou for girls, in a class composed of 12 assassins and their target, a girl named Haru Ichinose , who knows her life is in danger, but has decided to somehow survive until graduation. Azuma Tokaku , who recently transferred to this class, is also trying to kill her, however, Azuma gradually feels attracted to Haru.
