Alderamin on the Sky (Nejimaki Seirei Senki: Tenkyou no Alderamin), the novel by the writer “Bokuto Uno”, will have an anime adaptation scheduled for release in 2016.
The story takes place with the Katvarna empire which is at war with the neighboring Republic of Kioka. In the Katvarna Empire Ikuta, in turn, hates war, but, due to certain circumstances, he unwillingly ends up taking the Officer exam.
The first volume was released in June 2012. The 8th volume was released on October 10th, the same day that the 3rd volume of the manga adaptation by Taiki Kawakami was released.
