The second season of Aldnoah.Zero won its first TV commercial, in the video the ending theme song Genesis by Banda Eir Aoi . This second season is scheduled to arrive on Japanese TV in January 2015.
The story of the first season of Aldnoah.Zero takes place in 1972, a Hyperportal was discovered on the surface of the moon, and humanity began using it to colonize Mars. Years later, war breaks out between Earth and the Martian colonists.
Gen Urobuchi (Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Fate/Zero, Psycho-Pass) writes the series with director Fate/Zero Ei Aoki directed at A-1 Pictures and TROYCA. Katsuhiko Takayama was in charge of the scripts.
