Game synopsis:

The game is set in Tokyo in the near future. Players will assume the role of a commander and command an army called the Tokyo Shard. Together with the Alice Gear girls, your job will be to save the people who roam the vast universe. Your first target is Narukozaka Manufacturing.

The animation is by Nomad ( Kick My Devil! ), directed by Hirokazu Hanai . Rikiya Okano designs the characters. Kenji Sugihara ( A Certain Scientific Accelerator ) writes the scripts. Developer Pyramid is overseeing the production.
