Lewis Carroll's timeless classic, Alice in Wonderland , which has captivated generations around the world, is about to get its first adaptation as an animated film for cinemas in Japan!

Story of the new Alice in Wonderland movie
The protagonist of this story is Risa, a girl from the present day. When she gets lost in Wonderland, her journey begins as she meets Alice—and thus, the magic of the story comes to life.
Finally, Risa will be played by Hara Nanoka, a prominent actress who starred in the animated film Suzume no Tojimari and will be in the NHK morning series, Anpan , scheduled for early 2025.
The role of Alice will be taken by Maika Puu, known for her performance as Platelet in the live-action film Cells at Work .
