The official website for the anime Sousou no Frieren ( Frieren: Beyond Journey's End ) has released a new visual featuring the characters Frieren, Fern, and Stark for the second season.
The second season premieres on January 16, 2026 , airing every Friday at 11 PM FRIDAY ANIME NIGHT block , broadcast on 30 stations across Japan.

Synopsis Frieren
The story takes place after the Demon King's defeat by a group of legendary heroes. Among them is Frieren , a mage who has lived for over a thousand years. As time passes, she begins a new journey , meeting people and reflecting on the meaning of human emotions and the connections she has formed.
The first season of the anime , which aired between September 2023 and March 2024, was widely praised both in Japan and abroad, gaining a global fanbase. The manga “Sousou no Frieren” , written by Kanehito Yamada and illustrated by Tsukasa Abe, is published in Weekly Shonen Sunday (Shogakukan).
