The new comedy anime “ My Deer Friend Nokotan (Shikanoko Nokonoko Koshitantan)”, which portrays a deer girl, has received a new trailer that reveals its premiere date.

Therefore, the premiere of the anime takes place on July 7, 2024. In the trailer above, we can hear the opening song “Shikairo Days” by the band sung by Deer Club and the closing song “Shika-senbei no Uta”.
Production cast:
- Masahiko Oota (Hiouto! Umaru-chan, Gabriel Dropout, Yuru Yuri) is directing the anime at WIT STUDIO .
- Takashi Aoshima (No Game No Life. Himouto! Umaru-chan, Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai!) is responsible for writing and supervising the scripts.
- Ayumu Tsujimura (Kiseijuu: Sei no Kakuritsu, Fruits Basket: 1st Season, Vivy: Fluorite Eye's Song) is responsible for character design and animation direction.
- Yasuhiro Misawa (Kokoro Connect, Himouto! Umaru-chan, Hinamatsuri) is responsible for composing the soundtrack.
Synopsis:
No one knows that Torako was a criminal. All of her classmates know her only as the perfect student. But everything changes when Nokotan, a horned transfer student, comes into her life. The horns aren't the only strange thing about Nokotan. However, her deer nose can sniff out Torako's secret past. Whether it's at school or the zoo, chaos accompanies this doe-eyed girl's every step. Torako has many questions. Is Nokotan a deer, a girl, or something in between?
Finally, Oshioshio began publishing the “My Deer Friend Nokotan” manga through Shonen Magazine Edge magazine in November 2019. The author also participates as a designer in franchises such as “Holo no Graffiti”, “Hololive Alternative” and “Tenshi not Agape”.
