Yaiba Synopsis:
Yaiba Kurogane is a young man determined to achieve the title of best samurai. Inseparable companions on this journey are your loyal pets: Kagetora, the majestic tiger, and Shonosuke, the cunning vulture. Upon returning to his homeland in search of improvement, Yaiba crosses paths with his father and daughter's rival, Sayaka Mine. While unraveling the mysteries and challenges that await him, the young samurai comes across Takeshi Onimaru, captain of the local kendō team. Finally, Yaiba's manga arrived in Shogakukan in the Weekly Shōnen Sunday magazine in 24 volumes and was later republished by “Wide Ban” editions. In 1993 she received the Shogakukan Manga Prize.
