The shoujo manga in Japan at the moment (over 4.42 million copies sold) has finally received
the recognition it deserves. Published in Japan's largest shoujo manga magazine, Betsuma, the manga Aoharaido (Ao Haru Ride / Blue Spring Ride) has just been confirmed as the next television anime adaptation.
The confirmation came in the pages of Betsuma, which had already reported the previous month that big news about the series was coming for fans. The anime does not yet have a confirmed premiere date or technical information, things that should be released in the coming weeks by Shueisha.
The anime will star Yuuki Kaji (Eren from Attack on Titan and Shu from Guilty Crown).
