When war breaks out in Piltover, Jinx fights alongside Vi against Warwick , who once harbored the mind of Vander, the sisters' father. During the final battle, Jinx sacrifices herself by throwing herself and Warwick into an unstable portal, detonating a grenade to finish them both off.
Did Jinx really die?
Although the season finale suggests Jinx's death, clues point otherwise. One of the signs is the presence of air fans in the Hexgates, suggesting a possible escape route. Additionally, the final scene shows a lone aircraft flying over the ocean.
