Arknights: RISE FROM EMBER anime opening revealed

The production team of the third season of the Arknights: RISE FROM EMBER YouTube profile , the opening of the series.

The anime will premiere in Japan on July 4, 2025 , on the Tokyo MX . For international fans, Crunchyroll will stream the anime starting on its premiere date, July 4.

The theme song, "End of Days," is performed by singer ReoNa . The closing song will be performed by artist Hana Itoki , with "Truth," but the full song has not yet been released. Check out the opening below:

Originally released in China in 2019 , the game gained fans globally in 2020 and has already inspired several animations, including Arknights: Prelude to Dawn (2022) and Arknights: Perish in Frost (2023) .

Arknights is a strategy game in which your goal is to prevent your enemies from crossing your borders. In this anime-style tower defense game, you control the leaders of Rhodes Island, a massive pharmaceutical company fighting to stop the spread of a deadly virus. Like other tower defense games, the goal of Arknights is to prevent enemies from crossing your last line of defense. To do this, deploy units on the battlefield to halt the enemy's advance.

Arknights universe will also gain a new web anime in 2025, titled U Takes Terra , focusing on the comedic character U-Official (Streamer U) , a down-on-her-luck VTuber. The series is directed by Jun Aoki ( Pop Team Epic ).
