It was announced in the 31st volume of the light novel Ascendance of a Bookworm that the story is coming to an end in 2023.
The 32nd volume will be released next spring, and the 33rd volume is scheduled for next winter. (The announcement did not specify whether the final volume is the 33rd volume or a later one.)
In addition to the two volumes scheduled for next year, the ninth drama CD of the light novel will also be released next spring, and the tenth drama CD and eighth fanbook will be released next winter. A third short story collection, the side story Hannelore no Kizokuin Gonensei , and other related publications are also in the works.
Synopsis
Urano Motosu was a college student and avid reader who died in an unfortunate and untimely accident. She finally received the news that she would work among books as she had always dreamed.
