Ubisoft 's Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag is getting a manga adaptation. The series will launch in September in Shueisha 's Jump X , hitting newsstands on August 10th. The artwork will be by Kendi Oiwa (Welcome to the NHK, Goth), and the story will be by Takashi Yano (Sengoku Basara 3: Date Masamune no Sho).
Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag will be released on October 29th for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii U, and later for PC. The game will also have versions for next-generation consoles (Xbox One and PlayStation 4). The live-action Assassin's Creed film is already in production and will be released in theaters in 2015.
