The official website for the new Assassination Classroom ( Gekijōban Ansatsu Kyōshitsu Minna no Jikan ) movie has released a promotional video featuring the insert song “Machine Gun to Rashinban.” The song is performed by the voice actors of Class 3-E, reinforcing the return of the original cast for this special franchise project.
In addition, the video features a snippet of the song sung by Mai Fuchigami, Aya Suzaki, Nobuhiko Okamoto, Ryota Osaka, and Shintaro Asanuma. The artists participate under the name 3-nen E-gumi Utatan, a group that also performed theme songs for the television anime.
New film expands manga storyline
The film Assassination Classroom the Movie: Everybody's Time will tell stories that were left out of the original anime due to time constraints. According to the author Yusei Matsui , the project serves not only as a celebration of the series' 10th anniversary, but also as a continuation of the main narrative.
The film is directed by Masaki Kitamura at studio Lerche. Makoto Uezu returns as screenwriter, while Aya Higami is responsible for character design. The theme song “Teacher” will be performed by singer Sora Tomonari.
Assassination Classroom: Movie release date
The film will be released in Japanese theaters on March 20, 2026 , distributed by Avex Film Labels. The cast also includes new names such as Kikuko Inoue, Sayumi Suzushiro, Mai Kanazawa, and Yuichiro Umehara.
