Koei Tecmo , Gust , and Aniplex have announced the production of an anime based on the game Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout . The series is reportedly scheduled to air in the summer of 2023.

Therefore, the direction is by Emma Yuzuriha at the Liden Films ( Tokyo Revengers, Yofukashi no Uta ), composition by Yashichiro Takahashi and character design by Tomoyuki Shitaya .
Synopsis:
The main character is Ryza , an ordinary girl. Tired of village life, she runs away with her friends to a secret location where they will discuss their dreams and plan exciting adventures. But one day, Ryza and company decide to embark on their first exploration and head to the "island on the other shore," a forbidden destination. There, they will meet an alchemist and other characters, experiencing a "summer adventure" they will never forget.
Therefore, the anime is based on the RPG developed by Gust and originally released in Japan for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Microsoft Windows in September 2019. Furthermore, the game was released in North America in October 2019 and the rest of the world in November 2019 for the same consoles.
