After the announcement, several criticisms began to appear on the internet due to the product, among them criticisms such as "this was not a good idea" , since in the story, the armbands are used to discriminate against the descendants of Paradis families, and the sale of these products was " insensitive to the Jewish communities that were violated during the Nazi regime " reaffirming that it was " a terrible idea " . This Monday (15) the official Twitter account spoke out against the criticism, informing about the cancellation of the product :
“It was not their intention to sell products that evoked racial discrimination” and that “they simply wanted to market a garment based on the story of Attack on Titan”.
Therefore, the anime production is in its 4th and final season directed by Yuichiro Hayashi MAPPA studio ( Jujutsu Kaisen ).
The voice actors who were part of the first part of the season will return for the second part in 2022. Episode 75 ended in March with the announcement that episode 76 would premiere next winter in Japan.
