According to an event held in Japan to celebrate the opening of the first film , Shingeki no Kyojin Zenpen ~Guren no Yumiya~ ( Attack on Titan Part I: Crimson Bow and Arrow), it was announced that the second season of Attack on Titan will arrive in 2016. The event also stated that the second part of the film covering the end of the first season will arrive in June 2015.
Both films feature the voices of actors Yui Ishikawa (Mikasa), Yuuki Kaji (Eren), Marina Inoue (Armin), and are directed by Tetsuro Araki.

Attack on Titan – Shingeki no Kyojin is a manga series written and illustrated by Hajime Isayama. The manga was first published in September 2009 in the monthly magazine Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine, by the Japanese publisher Kōdansha.
