Kanojo author Okarishimasu shows one of his first drawings

The author of the manga Kanojo Okarishimasu ( Rent-a-Girlfriend ), Reiji Miyajima , shared on his official Twitter account one of his first drawings.

In the post, Miyajima compares the old drawing to one of his more recent ones of the character Chizuru Mizuhara and adds the hashtag #独学でここまで成長したからお前も頑張れ (I grew up alone a lot, so you can too). Artists use this hashtag as a form of support for aspiring artists, showing "how bad they used to be too."

In the post he wrote, " Not exactly self-taught! Thanks to the teachings of many teachers who cared for me and the influence of many works, I can draw! "
