TOHO released several commercials for the live-action film based on “Bakuman”, a work by Takeshi Obata . The videos are titled “Friendship”, “Effort”, “Victory” and “Love”, a reference to common Shonen Jump themes.
Mayumi Tanaka, the voice actress for Luffy from One Piece, narrates the “Friendship” commercial and then Akira Kamiya, the voice actor for Hokuto no Ken, narrates the “Effort” commercial. Masako Nozawa, the actress who voices Goku from Dragon Ball, narrates the “Victory” commercial. Hiromi Tsuru, the voice actress for Bulma from Dragon Ball, narrates the “love” commercial.
Finally, the film’s premiere is scheduled for October 3rd.
