Shonen Gangan Satsuki Yoshino 's Handa-kun manga , a spinoff of Barakamon, will end on June 11.
Handa-kun began its serialization in October 2013, and the 5th volume was released on February 12th. Barakamon, , began its serialization in 2009, and the 12th volume was released in September 2015.
An anime adaptation will premiere in July of this year. Barakamon had an anime adaptation in July 2014 with 12 episodes produced by studio Kinema Citrus.
