Shueisha has confirmed anime adaptation of Araki Joh and Kenji Nagatomo 's manga "Bartender ." According to reports, the project aims to showcase the appeal of bars and alcohol.

Additionally, as part of the announcement, we have a new project running parallel to the anime called “ BAR Katsu ” to support bars and alcohol.

Synopsis:

In the manga, we follow the nightlife of Ryū Sasakura, a bartender prodigy who claims to make the best cocktails in the world. Sasakura spends his time at a bar called "Eden Hall," tucked away in a corner of the Ginza neighborhood in central Tokyo.

Finally, we had an 11-episode anime based on the manga that premiered in Japan in October 2006. Masaki Watanabe directed the series at Palm Studio .
