The official website for the anime 'BASTARD!! -Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy' released a new promotional video for the second season this Tuesday (30).

The teaser reveals the season's theme songs and confirms the premiere for July 31st, and lastly, it also confirms the season's 15-episode duration.
The new season will premiere all at once on Netflix globally.
The new season will feature a returning cast. Warner Bros. Japan also revealed four new cast members.

The first part of the anime, consisting of the first 13 episodes, premiered on Netflix worldwide on June 30th. The second part, consisting of episodes 14-24, premiered on Netflix on September 15th.
Finally, the manga received several adaptations in OVA format in the early 90s.
Synopsis
A grand and unique story, a compelling fantasy world, intense sword-and-sorcery battles, and cute heroines who were probably a bit too edgy for a boys' comic at the time. All of this, however, combined with the manga's elaborate art, makes Bastard!! the pioneer and pinnacle of dark fantasy manga, influencing countless works that followed.
