This year's September issue of Kadokawa 's Asuka revealed that the manga of Battery will end in the magazine's next issue, which will be released on September 24 .
Synopsis
Takumi Harada is a talented baseball player. Takumi meets Go Nagakura, a catcher who can catch even Takumi's fastest balls. They join the school baseball team and grow as a drum corps.
Battery's manga launched in Asuka magazine in 2005, but went on hiatus in 2010. It resumed in August 2015, but went on hiatus soon after. The manga resumed from hiatus again in December of last year.
