Studio Gonzo has announced an anime adaptation of the game Bayonetta , which will be a feature film. Fuminori Kizaki (Afro Samurai, Basilisk, Super Street Fighter IV, X-Men) is directing, and the script is written by Mitsutaka Hirota (The Prince of Tennis II, Tetsujin 28-go Gao, X-Men!).
