Micro Magazine announced this Friday that Ichika Isshiki , titled Berserk of Gluttony (Boushoku no Berserk: Ore Dake Level to Iu Gainen wo Toppa Suru), is inspiring an anime adaptation.
However, the announcement did not reveal a format or release date for it. “ Fame ,” the illustrator of the novels, drew the illustration below to celebrate the anime announcement:

Fate, a guardian who worked for the castle, is blamed for the constant bouts of hunger caused by an ability he gained at birth. A useless ability that only serves to make him hungrier; however, unbeknownst to him, he possesses a hidden ability.
After launching the story on the streaming service Shousetsuka ni Narou , Isshiki released the first volume of the novel in November 2017, and the eighth volume was released this Friday.
In addition, Micro Magazine publishes the novels in a larger format, specifically in bunko size. The first bunko volume was released in October 2021 and the fourth volume was released on June 20th.
Daisuke Takino launched the manga adaptation of the work on Comic Ride in April 2018. The ninth volume of the manga will be released in Japan on October 31st.
