The anime based on the manga Big Order, by  Sakae Esuno (author of Mirai Nikki), launched in Monthly Shounen Ace in 2011, will have only 10 episodes, according to the official website of the adaptation. An OVA and 2 episodes have already been released, all with the same production team.

Synopsis: The manga's story revolves around an introverted high school student named Eiji Hoshimiya who harbors a great secret – he wished for the destruction of the world when he was younger. Fairies are a specific power for some people called Orders; what users of this power can do is based on their desires. Ten years after the Great Destruction, Eiji is forced to agree to the terms of his immense power.
